Permit Terms and Conditions

If you would like to apply for a permit to use any of our facilities, please take a moment to read over the following. You cannot apply without agreeing to comply with the terms and conditions listed below.

• I understand that I must allow TEN business days for my application to be processed.
   

• I understand that I will not be granted access to requested areas unless payment, insurance (when necessary), and signed permit are submitted at least FIVE business days before my first scheduled date.
   

• If payment, insurance, or signed permit are not submitted in the requested time frame above, I understand that I forfeit the fees associated with any missed time due to late submission.
   

• Bounced checks are subject to a $20.00 additional penalty fee.
   

• Credit card payments are subject to an additional 4% fee.
   

• Credit card and check refunds will be issued in four to six weeks after the date of the initial request.
   

• Credit card refunds are subject to a 4% processing fee.
