Burglary

On Sunday, October 4th, 2009, a resident of 560 Main Street notified the Public Safety Department of a Burglary which occurred at approximately twelve midnight.

The victim stated that several items including her apartment keys, a wallet which contained her bank card, NYS driver License and a Medical Insurance card, cell phone, a Playstation 3 console and several Playstation video games, were removed from her residence without permission or authority.

The victim supplied PSD with the identity of the alleged subject.  Further investigation by Public Safety yielded a positive ID of the subject.

Emmanuel Wilson, of 560 Main Street, was placed into custody by Sergeant Raul Hernandez and Officer Brian Rivera.

The subject was processed at the 114th Precinct and charged with Burglary, Grand Larceny: Criminal Possession of a Credit Card and Petit Larceny.  During the interview with the Precinct Detectives, Mr. Wilson gave a full confession of the crimes he committed.  He was then subsequently transported to Manhattan Central Booking.

Great job by the PSD Officers involved.
