On Sunday, October 4th, 2009, a resident of
560 Main Street notified the Public Safety
Department of a Burglary which occurred at
approximately twelve midnight.
The victim stated that several items including
her apartment keys, a wallet which contained her
bank card, NYS driver License and a Medical
Insurance card, cell phone, a Playstation 3
console and several Playstation video games,
were removed from her residence without
permission or authority.
The victim supplied PSD with the identity of the
alleged subject. Further investigation by
Public Safety yielded a positive ID of the
subject.
Emmanuel Wilson, of 560 Main Street, was placed
into custody by Sergeant Raul Hernandez and
Officer Brian Rivera.
The subject was processed at the 114th
Precinct and charged with Burglary, Grand
Larceny: Criminal Possession of a Credit Card
and Petit Larceny. During the interview with
the Precinct Detectives, Mr. Wilson gave a full
confession of the crimes he committed. He was
then subsequently transported to Manhattan
Central Booking.
